When making sales on Amazon, it is crucial to keep tab of expenses to know that you’re making a profit. Between Amazon fees, advertising expenses, and product costs, it can be hard to keep track of all these numbers. The Ailumia dashboard provides sellers with an overview of their business performances so you can truly understand the health of your Amazon business.

Sales Performance

The Ailumia dashboard is a customizable interface that organizes performance data through several widgets. You can filter your performance by time period, marketplace, and account through the filter tabs on top of the dashboard. You can also drag and drop to rearrange widgets. Click the ‘x’ symbol on the top right corner of each widget to close them. To add widgets to your dashboard, click the ‘+’ symbol at the bottom of the dashboard and select the widgets you’d like to add.

With the Sales Performance widget, sellers are able to see high-level metrics such as Profit, Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), Units Sold, # of Orders, and Profit Margin.

Best Sellers

The Best Sellers widget shows a list of products sold for the selected period sorted by GMV. It also displays the profit and units sold for each product.

Profit & COGS

The Profit & COGS widget breaks down each period’s sales into profit and expenses.

Monthly GMV

Sellers are able to compare between the current and previous year’s monthly revenue via the Monthly GMV widget.

Order Distribution Map

The Order Distribution Map widget shows the distribution of sales within a marketplace. The darker the color represents a larger number of sales within a region.

FBA Inventory Status

Sellers are able to see their inventory status at a glance to ensure optimal FBA inventory health and be alerted of any anomalies.

Top 10 Best Sellers

The Top 10 Best Sellers widget presents a slide of the top 10 best-selling products that scroll automatically.
